San Antonio, TX: Cruising Kitchens has just partnered up with Pretzel King, LLC to create a one-of-a-kind Auntie Anne’s Food Truck. The popular American chain will be using the food truck to expand beyond their mall-based locations to bring fresh pretzels right to their customers. Going mobile will not only increase customer reach, but open up a broader selection of venues to choose from.
According to company representative Linda Read, the Auntie Anne’s Food Truck will operate “throughout Southern California” and will be “featured at events, festivals, corporate meetings, tailgating parties, weddings, and fundraisers.” There will also be a “daily route that will visit office buildings, schools, and outdoor venues such as the Southern California beaches.”
In order to cater to high volume crowds, the food truck was custom designed to maximize efficiency. The Cruising Kitchens Crew took a small space and transformed it into a fully functional kitchen, outfitted with appliances such as a Bakers Pride Oven, two countertop food warmers, and a unique pretzel etched grill. With the right equipment available, the food truck will be able to quickly prepare and sell their fresh-baked pretzel products that include classic pretzels in six different flavors, bite sized nuggets, and delicious pretzel and mini pretzel dogs.
The outside of the Auntie Anne’s Food Truck is as much of a spectacle as the inside. The exterior is completely branded with an eye-catching vehicle wrap and a large 3D, pop-up pretzel sits on top of the truck making it easy to spot from a long distance away.
Cruising Kitchens is honored to work with Pretzel King, LLC to create the most customized Auntie Anne’s concession vehicle to date.
