San Antonio, TX:When Cruising Kitchens first opened their doors, they had eight employees and high hopes for the future. From large corporations to small businesses, during the past eight years, the established business with humble beginnings has helped hundreds of clients achieve their dreams. For Cruising Kitchens, it is always special to work with mom and pop restaurants, which was the majority of their clientele when they first opened.
Most recently, Cruising Kitchens completed a build for entrepreneurs Andrea and Jerod. The food truck, named Andrea’s Eats, required the conversion of a 16’ step van into a fully functional mobile kitchen. Equipped with a sandwich prep table, flat griddle, and a double basket fryer, the food truck will allow preparation of food at any event or venue.
Andrea’s Eats will operate out of Austin Texas, where Andrea was born and raised and will serve upscale Mexican food to locals and tourists alike. Andrea plans on attending large events and festivals, as well as adding catering to the mix. For this ambitious restaurateur, going mobile was a way to expose her food to a larger crowd and broaden her opportunities for success as a food truck owner.
Growing up in the restaurant business and having a chef as a father, Andrea was introduced to the ins and outs of the industry from a young age. Along with a passion for cooking, Andrea decided it was time to move on with her career in order to pursue her dreams of starting her own mobile kitchen. Choosing Cruising Kitchens proved to be the right fit for the job and made it possible to achieve the level of customization desired for her business venture.
Cruising Kitchens is proud to present the Andrea’s Eats Food Truck to Andrea and Jerod and wish them the best on their future endeavors.
