From fleets of disaster relief vehicles to custom mobile kitchens for celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Cruising Kitchens proves that it is up to any challenge.
There is no doubt that this small business has found big success this past year, whether it be through production, filming for the new TV Show Built for Business, or its recent nomination for San Antonio Business Journal’s Business of the Year. And while 2018 has been a year to remember for Cruising Kitchens, the small business has more to celebrate in the new year. Cameron Davies, President and CEO of Cruising Kitchens, didn’t always manufacture mobile businesses. In 2005, Cameron opened his first business specializing in restoring and customizing classic automobiles for athletes and celebrities. Then in 2010, a food truck owner noticed the amount of craftsmanship he applied to the vehicles. He asked Cameron if he could do an audio/video package on their food truck. Being the go-getter that he is, Cameron immediately got to work on the project. Eventually learning what goes into a building one of the trucks Cameron created Cruising Kitchens as his second business. He continues to grow the brand and exceed expectations with each project.
