San Antonio, TX: Cruising Kitchens’ build for Caesars Entertainment will be the first food truck to be located inside a Las Vegas Hotel. The colorful food truck, named Sticky Chicken, can be found in the Linq Hotel and Casino and is currently serving up an impressive range of wings, sandwiches, and more.
The food truck is a staple for the hotel’s new sports book area, called “The Book,” which opened on September 6th. Visitors can enjoy features such as fan caves, self-serve beer taps, and betting desks while ordering food from the Sticky Chicken at their convenience. Additionally, visitors can place orders from tablets, mobile devices, and even at the bar without interrupting their activities.
The Sticky Chicken food truck is a spectacle in itself. With bright colors and an eye catching vinyl wrap design, the food truck is sure to turn heads. The truck is also outfitted with the necessary equipment to serve food to high volume crowds. With two fryers, a flat griddle, three food holding stations, and multiple refrigerators, Sticky Chicken can serve quality food quickly and efficiently. Thinking creatively, the Cruising Kitchens Crew also built in added storage by replacing the engine bay with extra shelf space.
